Here is your chance to get a great used sedan at a great deal!! Engine runs great, the transmission shifts smooth and the brakes stop well.
The body is nice and clean with no major body damage but it does have a few minor cosmetic flaws.
There are misc. light scratches nicks and dings to be expected for average age and use.
There is rust in the rear quarters, some of which has been touched up.
The interior is nice and clean with no rips or tears.
All four tires are UniRoyal Tigerpaw with 60-70% tread remaining. See pictures for details.

Vehicle must be paid for within 7 days of auction end and must be picked up within 14 days of auction end.
Due to the agreement with our landlord vehicles left over a 14 day period may be subject to a storage charge of $35 per day starting on the 15th day.
If this storage charge will apply to you, you will be given notice prior to storage charges beginning to accrue.
I’m usually pretty lenient with this rule, however there are certain instances when it must be must be enforced (i.e. vehicle still here 2 months after you won).
I understand sometimes shipping companies give people the runaround and I’m not looking to hurt anyone.
If you are actively working to get your vehicle shipped, you will most likely not be charged. All buyers MUST make a non-refundable deposit of $500 within 24 hours of auction end via Paypal.
This is now a requirement on all my vehicle auctions due to the increased amount of NON-PAYING bidders.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this requirement due to prior bad experiences.
If we do not have a deposit or contact from the buyer within 24 hours, we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to a back up buyer.
Remaining payment must be cash (in person), wire transfer or cashier’s check.
We do not accept Paypal for payment in full due to the high fees.
In addition, eBay will only allow us to accept Paypal for the deposit and requires we select another method of payment for the balance.

Due to the fact that these vehicles are wholesale and not mechanically inspected, we do not guarantee these vehicles will pass any inspections in your home state.

You will be required to provide a name and address for the title and bill of sale for transfer of ownership.
We do not leave titles blank!!
This is a violation of Federal Law and dealer license requirements.
We also will not falsify a bill of sale by stating a lower purchase price.
What you bid is what you pay and that is the amount that will be on your bill of sale.
In the interest of consistency, we consider the date of sale to be the date the eBay auction ended, this will be the date listed on your title and bill of sale.

Vehicle Pickup
If you plan to pick up your vehicle in person here is a general guideline of my availability.
I rent storage at a lot where I work so I’m usually available during the day from 8am to 4pm.
Vehicle pickups will be during normal business hours only.
Due to previous bad experiences, I’m no longer willing to meet people at 8-9pm because that almost always ends up as 10-11pm due to travel delays.
I can no longer do airport or train station pickups.
I am about a $30-40 cab ride from Logan International Airport, so please plan accordingly.
It may not always be possible to pick up your vehicle the same day or next day after an auction ends.
I need time to get the proper paperwork in order prior to vehicle delivery.
If you have any questions regarding pickup times, please contact me prior to bidding so we can make arrangements and I can be better prepared to meet your needs.
Please contact me prior to booking travel and scheduling a pickup date to make sure I am available.
If you do not contact me prior to making arrangements I reserve the right to reschedule for a different time.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot issue temporary tags and we have no way of obtaining temporary tags for you.
If you plan to drive your new vehicle home, please check your states local laws about temporary plates and/or using your current plates to get your vehicle home.
If you need to register your new vehicle before driving it home we can mail you the title and bill of sale after payment has been received so that you can register and insure the vehicle.

Shipping Terms
Shipping arrangements and payments are the buyer's responsibility.
Please make your shipping arrangements or get a shipping quote prior to purchasing the vehicle.
A word to the wise, please do not rely on the shipping quotes eBay puts on my listing.
These are not quoted by me, they are advertisements placed by eBay. Often they are attention grabbing low prices that change after the sale.
I recommend confirming the quote with the shipping company that gives it.
If you plan to ship your vehicle, I will do anything I can to help you or your shipper.
The vehicle is being stored at a trucking facility and we can be very flexible with helping a shipper load the vehicle or arranging a pick up time.
If you are having your vehicle shipped and picked up by a transporter they can pick it up 7 days a week as long as I have 24 hours notice.
I usually need a days notice so I can make your vehicle accessible and make sure I can have someone meet the driver if I am unable to.
I reserve the right to refuse your transporter if they don’t give me sufficient notice.
This is usually not a problem but lately I’ve been having shippers either give me an hours notice or just plain showing up unannounced.
If your shipper does not have the required equipment to load his own truck (example: shows up with an enclosed box trailer and no ramps) and requires the assistance of my storage facility to load, the vehicle may be subject to loading charges (typically $75).
This charge should be assumed by the unprepared trucker however if he refuses to pay we reserve the right to either turn him away or call you to approve payment of the additional charge.
We will not charge our customers any additional charges without prior notice and consent.
Due to weight and hazmat requirements, most shippers require vehicles to have less than 1/8th of a tank of fuel in them prior to shipping.
Vehicles may be low on fuel at pickup or upon arrival when shipped.

For sale is a 2009 Cadillac CTS-V sedan with the Tremec TR6060 6-speed manual transmission. It's the beautiful crystal red metallic color, and is in excellent shape. (Of course it's 12 years old so it's not perfect, but it's darn close.) It has just over 40K miles and is stock except for an Air Raid intake, which lets you hear some of the supercharger whine.
There were 10,765 CTS-V sedans made from 2009-2014, and of those, only 1400 were manuals. Practically all of that 1400 were black, silver, or gray--if you want a non-boring color, there were only 112 red CTS-Vs with a third pedal made across all production years. So yeah, this car is pretty rare. Prior to buying it, I spent weeks searching every only resource I could find and never came across another non-black, silver, or gray CTS-V sedan with a manual.
Recent maintenance includes an oil change with Mobil1 synthetic, and brake fluid flushed with Prestone DOT4 synthetic. I'm also installing some Raybestos Element 3 brake pads, which are powerful, quiet, and nearly dust-free--the stock Brembo brake pads are terribly dusty.
I'm selling because I want to buy a CT5-V Blackwing.
